Wine Review: This medium ruby colored Grenache based Chateauneuf du Pape opens with a red currant bouquet with a hint of cinnamon and prune. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and round. The flavor profile is dried strawberry and dark chocolate blend with notes of clove and oak. We also detected some black cherry and cinnamon mixed in. The finish is dry, and its medium tannins are nicely extended. The Tasting Panel would pair this Grenache with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Our Tradition has aromas of red fruits and black fruits, blackberry, and blueberry, as well as hints of spice. It is a concentrated and structured wine; it is a wine for laying down. We recommend tasting it in 6-8 years.
