Wine Review: This opaque and very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon open with a fragrant new leather and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild cedar and ripe black cherry blend with notes of gentle minerality and black tea. I also detected some hints of black raspberry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are sticky. This Cab is impressive, and I would pair it with a well-marbled ribeye. Enjoy - Ken
