Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Pina opens with a fragrant black cherry bouquet with hints of black currant and dark chocolate. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty black currant with notes of oak and minerality. We also detected hints of blueberry, cranberry and espresso. The finish is dry and its dusty chewy tannins build-up and linger for quite a while. The Panel suggested drinking this Cab with a steak in the near term. Enjoy – KWGTP
