Wine Review: This ruby colored Red Blend from Long Island opens with a black plum and gentle black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, gentle and smooth. The flavor profile is a black plum, black currant, graphite, and oak blend. I also detected hints of black pepper and anise. The finish is dry and its well-managed tannins build-up a bit and drift away nicely. This very good Red Blend would pair nicely with a New York strip steak. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Mythology is our legendary blend that has received rave reviews nationwide. The 2019 is a lively and robust blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. Decanting will open up hints of cassis, Bing cherry and raspberry on the nose and it shows bright berry flavors and toasted vanilla on the palate with a clean, spicy finish. An incredible wine from a renowned year!
