Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Gewurztraminer opens with a gentle lychee bouquet with hints of ginger and baking spices. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The flavor profile is a gentle lychee with notes white tea and chalky minerality. I also detected hints of brioche and baking spices. The finish is refreshing, and its flavors and acidity are nicely prolonged. This Gewurz is food friendly and would pair well with chicken lo-main. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The nose shows roses, ginger and allspice, while the palate is tangerine, apricot and pineapple. Serve this off-dry wine chilled with spicy foods, sea foods, poultry and soft, mild cheeses.
