Wine Review: This pale coral colored wine opens with a faint strawberry and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and bright. The flavor profile is a chalky minerality and lime blend with notes of white pepper and tangerine. I also detected some hints of green tea. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this Rose with steamed mussels with white wine broth. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our Rosé shows notes nectarine and melon on the nose. The palate offers wild strawberry. Great with seafood, chicken or just cheese & crackers and fruit.
