Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a toasted coconut, chocolate, and black cherry bouquet with a hint of blackberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. We also found it to be round, smooth and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a black plum and ripe black currant blend with notes toasted coconut and dark cocoa. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins sticky around for a very long time. The Panel would pair this bold Cab with peppered duck breast with red wine sauce with chocolate cheesecake. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon leads with pencil shavings and cola aromas. On the palate, cherry, sweet vanilla cream, and strawberry share the bill, alongside dusty tannins and a lasting finish that reminds of toasted nuts. This wine is enticing now and will drink well for at least 5 years.
