Wine Review: This crisp, yet enchanting sparkler from Sonoma County is pale salmon colored with plenty of small streaming bubbles. It opens with aromas of bread dough, strawberries, apple pomace, cinnamon, warm cedar, and wet slate. It is very frothy and bright on the palate, with a medium body and medium-plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, balanced, and sophisticated. I detected flavors of toasted brioche, wild strawberries, chalky minerality, peach and apple peel along with notes of cardamom and nutmeg. The finish is mineral-driven, dry, and long. This Rosé sparkling wine can be sipped on its own or serve chilled with fried calamari. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Our Brut Rosé has aromas of freshly picked berries, tangerine, and guava. The palate is bursting with red fruits and citrus, with a zippy acidity and a long finish.
