Wine Review: This pale amber colored dessert wine from Sicily is Excellent! It opens with a mild apricot and peach bouquet with hints of blood orange and raisin. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well-balanced, viscous and creamy. The flavor profile is a delicious apricot and honey blend with notes of candied ginger and baked Bosc pear. We also detected hints of lychee, candied pecan, blood orange and hot cinnamon. The finish is its pleasantly sweet and glides away nicely. The Panel loved this Moscato and would drink it on its own as dessert. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Six weeks of drying guarantees a high concentration of sugars and some natural transformation of the grapes contributes to the extraordinary aromas of apricot, rose petals, papaya and quince. Sweet and fleshy in the mouth, but also lively with citrus notes. It recalls nougat and candied ginger. This wine is made to match with the best sweets.
