Wine Review: A soft and fresh Rose from Sicily, Italy. In the glass, it's a pale coral color, with aromas that include tangerine, raspberry bramble, wild strawberry, and wet slate. On the palate, it is dry, slightly creamy, balanced and lightly textured, with a medium-minus body and plus acidity. There are flavors of white peach, mild red raspberry, and strawberry with some notes of citrus and flint. The finish is zippy and lingering. Serve slightly chilled with fried shrimp. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: The delicate color of the Rosé reminds us of the elegance of a prima ballerina. Floral notes like those of hibiscus and dog rose encounter hints of wild strawberries, blackberries, and melon. Lively and fresh in the mouth recalling meringue and also the pale flesh of peaches. Pair with fried seafood and vegetables, tempura or sushi.
