Wine Review: This is a coral-colored wine with a slight haze. It opens with a faint dried strawberry and raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and approachable. The flavor profile is tasty watermelon and gentle strawberry blend with notes of iced green tea and thyme. We also detected hints of saline and crushed stone. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Rose with the beach and a pilgrim sandwich. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Crisp and thirst quenching, the 2021 Post & Vine Rosé of Carignane is a dry, vibrant rosé that combines fresh fruit and spicy character. Aromas of watermelon, fresh strawberry, chamomile and sea spray blend with flavors of blood orange, thyme and raspberry. Bright and refreshing, this wine pairs perfectly with seafood, spicy dishes, and summer days.
