Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Grenache Blanc opens with a mild lemon-lime and green apple bouquet with hints of toast. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with slightly elevated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round. The flavor profile is lemon verbena and lime blend with notes of green apple and honeydew melon. I also detected hints of white pepper and brioche. The finish is dry and quite refreshing. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with swordfish skewers and fish tacos. Enjoy - Ken & Mark

Winemaker Notes: The 2019 vintage is 100% Grenache Blanc from our estate in the eastern hills of Napa Valley that is aged in stainless steel for 8 months. This wine is clean and crisp on the finish and is a favorite amongst the team. Grenache Blanc can be enjoyed on its own or with a creamy and/or spicy dish. Each can is equal to a half bottle of wine, making it easier to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner or on the back patio each night. ($60 per 6 pack)
