On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, fresh, and zesty. The flavor profile is a yellow grapefruit pith and lemon-lime blend with notes of white pepper and white peach. I also detected hints of green tea and stony minerality.
