Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Burgundy is a very Old World styled wine. It opens with a strawberry and plum bouquet with a hint of cedar and red cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile an oak influenced red raspberry with notes of minerality, tea and plum. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This is a very food friendly and versatile Pinot. It is also good value as well. I would pair it with coq au vin. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Ruby in color with purple tints. Surprisingly opulent with explosive aromas of fresh fruits like raspberry, black currant and red berry. Perfect balance between freshness and fruitiness. Enjoy with salmon, duck, and firm cheeses.
