Wine Review: This opaque purple colored Malbec opens with a boysenberry and blackberry bouquet with hints of oak and pencil shavings. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is red plum and mineral blend with notes of black raspberry and cocoa. We also detected hints of black cherry, dill and craisin. The finish is dry and its flavors and mild fine-grained tannins drift away nicely. The Panel would pair this Malbec with fresh Norwegian sliced salmon or lamb burger. Enjoy – KWGTP
