Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Alvarinho opens with a very light lemon and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and clean. The flavor profile is a very delicate lime-lemon with a touch of minerality mixed in. The finish is dry and pleasant. This wine is quite versatile. I would pair it with garlic chicken. Enjoy - Ken
