Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored white blend from Portugal opens with a nectarine pit and pink grapefruit bouquet with hints of thyme and wet gravel. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated mild acidity. The mouthfeel is round and luscious. The flavor profile is a blend of stone fruit and gentle pink grapefruit along with notes of almond and ginger. We also detected hints of green tea, green apple and lime. The finish is dry and subtly fades away. The Panel would pair this white blend with grilled swordfish sandwich or Indian butter chicken. Enjoy – KWGTP
