Wine Review: In the glass, this crisp white blend from Portugal is a brilliant straw color and has aromas of peach, McIntosh apple, white florals, and wet stone. Fresh and bright on the palate, it has medium-plus acidity, is medium bodied, balanced and wonderfully textured. The flavor is a blend of white peach, lemon-lime citrus and stony minerality. The finish is tangy and long lasting. Serve chilled with Portuguese seafood stew. - Mark
