Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from ROAR opens with a light lemon bouquet with hints of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a gentle oak and mild pear blend with hints of cream brulee. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Chard is food friendly and versatile. I would pair it with Coquilles Saint Jacques. Enjoy – Ken
