Wine Review: This single vineyard bottling from upstate New York is a pale white gold color. I found petrol, green apple, ripe nectarine and a hint of lime in the bouquet. On the palate, it is medium bodied with high acidity. It is also dry, round and delicate. There are flavors of green apple, minerality and white peach. The finish is dry and moderate in length. The elevated acidity makes it quite tart right now and it might do well with some cellaring. It would pair nicely with a fried fisherman’s platter. - Mark
