Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from the Finger Lakes opens with a mild strawberry bouquet with hints of oolong tea and raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium minus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and juicy. The flavor profile is red raspberry, strawberry, and stony minerality blend with notes black pepper, rhubarb, and loam. The finish is dry, and its mild tannins and flavors fade away nicely. This fruity Pinot Noir from the Finger Lakes would pair well with Rogue River blue cheese. Enjoy - Ken
