Wine Review: This white gold blend from the Finger Lakes opens with a fragrant and inviting lychee and rose petal bouquet with hints of lemon zest and ginger. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and round. The flavor profile is lychee and lemon verbena blend with notes of chalk minerality and ginger. I also detected hints of rose hip tea and tangerine. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this wine with fried scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A blend of Gewurztraminer, Valvin Muscat and Riesling, this fresh, crisp, summer white is juicy with lively acidity and a dry finish. The Gewurztraminer and Valvin Muscat provide an array of aromatics, while the Riesling completes the fresh and lingering finish.
