Wine Review: This clear and medium straw colored Godello from Reboreda opens with a ruby grapefruit and stone fruit bouquet with hints of wet stone, honeysuckle, and lime zest. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, fresh, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a green apple and lime blend with notes of grapefruit rind and chalky minerality. I also detected hints of ginger, white pepper, and saline. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for quite some time. I would pair this Godello with a beach this summer. With food, serve it with grilled swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
