Wine Review: This very pale white gold colored SB is from Galilee Israel. The delicate bouquet has sweet white florals, wet gravel, fresh cut grass and light grapefruit notes. In the mouth there is zesty medium-plus acidity and a light body, and it is balanced fresh and simple. I found flavors of green apple, light lime and white pepper. The finish is moderate in length with citrusy flavors. Enjoy a chilled glass of it with a tarragon chicken salad croissant. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Pale straw colored with a fresh hay and bell pepper bouquet. On the palate, it is lively, with flavors redolent of tropical fruits such as guava and banana. Pair with fish, sushi, risotto and grilled vegetables.
