Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling is a real crowd pleaser. It opens with a mild wet stone and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is mildly sweet and very tasty. The flavor profile is a ripe pear with a touch of ripe red apple. The finish is sweet and very enjoyable. I would pair this wine with a plate of sliced green apples and very sharp cheddar cheese.
