Wine Review: This light white gold colored dry Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a mild pineapple and pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and lively in the mouth. The flavor profile is lime with notes of white pepper and green apple. I also picked up a hint of apricot. The finish is dry, subtle and lingers slightly. This Riesling will appeal to fans of dry styled Riesling. I would pair it with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy - Ken
