Wine Review: This pale straw-colored wine from the Finger Lakes initially displays tons microscopic bubbles that dissipate quickly. On the nose, this wine opens with a mild petrol and pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly sweet and a little round. The flavor profile is a ripe Bosc pear and mineral blend with notes of green apple and ginger. I also detected a hint of white pepper towards the end. The finish remains slightly sweet and lingers nicely. This Riesling would pair well with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: "Circle" Riesling shows forward fruit flavors of tangerine and apricot with overtones of citrus and honeysuckle.
