Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes is impressive! It opens with a fragrant and attractive lemon-lime and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, viscous, and round. The flavor profile is a chalky mineral and lime blend with notes of saline, ginger and white grapefruit pith and a hint of white prepper. The finish is dry and quite refreshing. I would pair this impressive Riesling with a grilled swordfish steak. Enjoy - Ken
