Wine Review: This clear and light hay-colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a white peach and Anjou pear with a hint of candied ginger. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, and polished. The flavor profile is a blend of saline and Anjou pear along with notes white peach. We also detected some hints of dried pineapple and spice mixed in. The finish is dry, and its acidity and flavors fade away nicely. We would pair this Riesling with fried scallops or with fish tacos. Enjoy - Ken & Mark
Winemaker Notes: Color: Chiffon yellow.
Nose: Candied ginger, jasmine, crunchy pineapple, white raspberry & honeysuckle.
Flavor: Navel orange, ripe peaches, lime pith, green mango, green cardamom & juniper berries.
Texture: Supple mid-palate texture that quickly builds tension to a tightly coiled and extended finish.
