Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Barbera opens with a funky macerated black cherry and craisin bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a blueberry with hints of oak and blackberry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are nicely managed. I would pair this wine with Angus sliders topped with cheddar. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The wine is a classic Barbera d'Asti, balancing rich fruit, body, subtle tannins and a touch of the bright acidity that gives Barbera its sense of freshness
