Wine Review: This pale yellow colored sparkler from Italy opens with a biscuit and mild tangerine bouquet with floral accents. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and creamy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused citrus with a hint of strawberry and almond. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. The panel suggested pairing this sparker with baked scrod or baked brie with honey. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Color: brilliant straw yellow with rich, abundant foam and a fine persistent bead. Nose: slightly floral, elegant, notably intensity with notes of yeast and freshly baked bread. Palate: structured, but smooth and creamy, even in its dry flavor, with fruity notes, and a long balanced finish. Excellent as an aperitif with hors d'oeuvres, soft cheeses, and delicate fish dishes.
