Wine Review: This very dark ruby red blend is dominated by Zinfandel. It opens with a mild blueberry bouquet with gentle hints of oak and black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, fruit forward, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty plum with hints black raspberry and a kiss of old oak right at the end. The finish is dry and its medium tannins are pleasant, dusty and are nicely prolonged. This wine paired well with our braised pork tacos. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Ripe nose of raspberry, plum, pepper and chapparel. Blackberry, mineral and vanilla notes dominate the palate. Well integrated tannins typical of this classic vineyard add to the long finish.
