Wine Review: This light straw-colored Pinot Grigio opens with a crisp citrus bouquet that includes lemon, lime and hints of apricots. On the palate, this light bodied wine was smooth and crisp with a flavor profile of grapefruit, lemon and lime. I also noted some hints if green apples. The wine had ample acidity and decent balance. The finish is smooth, slightly tart and included some minerality. This Pinot Grigio is a very reasonable offering at its price point. I would pair with hard cheese and crackers. – Joe

Winemaker Notes: Brilliant straw-yellow color with a green tint. Fruity, forward varietal aromas. Lively and medium-bodied with a fresh mouth-watering crisp finish. This wine can keep for at least 2-3 years. Serve with starters, poultry and pasta.
