Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Riley’s Rows opens with an inviting black currant and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced blackberry and black currant blend with notes of oak and black licorice. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins are nicely extended. The Cab would pair nicely with grilled Angus steak tips. Enjoy - Ken
