Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc was well received by the Tasting Panel. It opens with a peach and gardenia bouquet with hints of grass and brioche. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, clean and pleasant. The flavor profile is a tasty mild white grapefruit with nicely integrated minerality and lime. We also detected a hint of peach pit towards the end. The finish shows a touch of sweetness and drifts away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this well-made Sauvignon Blanc with poached sea bass and asparagus risotto. Enjoy - Ken
