Wine Review: This dark red colored blend from Long Island opens with a fragrant and attractive blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is blackberry with notes of old oak. I also detected a hint of black olive and black pepper. The finish is dry and its mild tannins linger for a little while. This wine would pair nicely with a mushroom burger. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The wine formerly-known-as Bond. Plush cherry and currant washes blend with some buttoned-down Cabernet Sauvignon creating an elegant overview of the North Fork. Clearly a wine you can Bond with!
