Wine Review: This dark red colored Cabernet Sauvignon from the famed To Kalon Vineyard is Excellent. It opens with a red currant and cranberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, refined and very smooth, The flavor profile is a delicious gentle black cherry and black currant blend with notes of oak and hints of black plum. The finish is dry and its moderate refined tannins sail on for quite some time. This Cab would be a perfect pairing with a filet mignon at your favorite steak house. Enjoy - Ken
