Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Fume Blanc opens with gooseberry and mild green pepper bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with slightly elevated zesty acidity. We also noted it as mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a yellow grapefruit pith and lime blend with notes of crushed stone and honeydew melon along with hints of white tea, green pepper and marzipan. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel suggested pairing this Fume with pan-fried walleye or fried oysters. Enjoy - KWGTP
