Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from Robert Weil opens with a faint lime bouquet with hints of anise, pineapple and honey. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, sweet, and lively. The flavor profile is a Bosc pear with mild minerality and apricot. We also picked up a touch of Squirt soda. The finish is off-dry and nicely prolonged. The Panel suggested pairing this Riesling with broiled scallops or pan-fried tilapia. Enjoy - KWGTP
