Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling opens with a faint lime, floral, and pineapple bouquet with hints of honey. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, smooth, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is lemon-lime and pineapple blend with notes of chalky minerality and white tea. We also detected hints of saline, candied orange, and white peach in the mix. The finish is pleasantly sweet and fades away nicely.
