Wine Review: This juicy, off dry German Riesling is an almost clear straw color. It opens with an attractive bouquet of beeswax, white peach, tar, ripe honeydew melon, and salty ocean breeze. On the palate, it is silky and round, very well balanced, with a medium body and crisp plus acidity. It is lush and easy drinking. There are flavors of wet stone, white peach, ash, honeydew melon and a touch of green apple. The finish has complementary tanginess, sweetness, and lingers for a long time. I would pair it with fried oysters. - Mark
