Wine Review: This very rich yellow colored Chardonnay really impressed us. It opens with a fragrant lemon custard like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well balanced, and very creamy. The flavor profile is a ripe pear with notes of cantaloupe. I also detected a touch of apricot and lemon in this complex Chard. The finish is dry and it is nicely refreshing. This very tasty Chard would be a wonderful complement to shrimp scampi or lobster with drawn butter. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A bouquet filled with honey suckle, lychee nut, baked apples, crème brûlée, orange blossoms, apricot and lime zest. The rich entry cascades into great acidity, minerality, sweet tropical and citrus fruit.
