Wine Review: This dark ruby colored red blend opens with a cranberry and red plum bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round and bright. The flavor profile is a red currant and red plum blend with notes of pomegranate. I also detected hints of cedar and crushed stone minerality. The finish is dry, and its rather dusty tannins linger and last for a long time. This wine would pair well with a pulled pork platter. Enjoy - Ken
