Wine Review: This deep yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a mild lemon and pineapple bouquet with a hint of new oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and bright. The flavor profile is a gentle lemon tea and Anjou pear blend with notes of chalky minerality. I also detected some hints of pineapple, brioche, and saline in the mix. The finish is dry and refreshing for a Chard. I would pair this Chard with chicken Francese. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2018 vintage of our Reserve Chardonnay has wonderful aromas of baked apple, pineapple, and warm baking spices. On the palate, the creamy lemon meringue and nutmeg notes are well balanced by a crisp acidity and a rich mouthfeel.
