Wine Review: This pale pink colored Rose made from Pinot Noir opens with a mild wet stone, faint watermelon and Maraschino cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with plus acidity. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral infused tangerine with a touch of strawberry and white tea. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This is a nice everyday Rose to have on a hot summer day. I would pair it with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken
