Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine from Rodney Strong is very good. It opens with a fragrant strawberry croissant bouquet with notes of Maraschino cherry and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and slightly creamy. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral infused watermelon and lime blend with notes of tangerine and a hint of mango. The finish is dry and its flavors and minerality drift away nicely. I would pair this Rose with chilled shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken
