Wine Review: This translucent and pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Rodney Strong opens with a light lime and gentle pink grapefruit bouquet with hints of light florals. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, fresh, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is light lime and tonic water blend with notes of gentle white grapefruit pith and chalky minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely.
