Wine Review: This coral colored Sparkling wine from Roederer opens with small to medium streaming bubbles. The bouquet features mild strawberry and bread dough with hints of apricot. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with pleasant acidity. The mouthfeel is round and friendly with mouthwatering balanced acidity. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral infused almond and red cherry blend with notes of lime and touch of ginger, tangerine and red raspberry. The finish is dry and refreshing. We would pair this Brut Rose with creamy shrimp risotto with mascarpone. Enjoy – Ken & Joe

Winemaker Notes: The Roederer Estate Brut Rosé is full and round with smooth flavors and fine persistent bubbles. The extra measure of Pinot Noir contributes elegance and austerity, which balance nicely with the delicate fruitiness of the Chardonnay.
