Wine Review: This bright yellow colored Sparkling Wine from Anderson Valley opens with a bread dough and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, round and pleasantly acidic. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced green apple with notes with notes of ginger ale, yellow grapefruit and white tea. The finish is dry and refreshing. This sparkler would pair well with quiche Lorraine appetizer tarts. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Roederer Estate "Brut" is crisp and elegant with complex pear, spice and hazelnut flavors. It is fresh and lightly fruity with great finesse and depth of flavor.
