Wine Review: This light copper colored sparkler opens with a mild walnut and gentle strawberry bouquet with a hint of dough. On the palate, this wine is bubbly, acidic and lively. The flavor profile is strawberry with hints of walnut, dough, orange, and red cherry towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity lingers. The panel suggested pairing this very nice sparkler with Legal's popcorn shrimp. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The Roederer Estate Brut Rose is full and round with smooth flavors and fine persistent bubbles. The extra measure of Chardonnay contributes elegance and austerity, which balance nicely with the delicate fruitiness of the Pinot Noir.
